R.G. Fuller, 93, of Laurel, who died Sunday at Laurel General Hospital after a lengthy illness. Dr. Larry Kennedy and the Rev. Wayne DuBose will officiate, with interment in Lake Park Cemetery.

Thompson's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Fuller was born Nov. 21, 1885, in Newton County. She was a member of Laurel First Baptist Church, Survivors include one son, Roger G.

Stolen car recovered after traffic accident Hattiesburg police say they recovered a stolen car Sunday afternoon after the vehicle was involved in a minor traffic accident on Broadway at the comer of Timothy Lane.

Officers said investigation revealed that the 1973 Mercury Montego was missing from the Ryan Chevrolet lot. They said the occupants of the car apparently fled the scene on foot. Killed when car hits tree RICHTON-Bunion Moore, 24, of Hintonville community near Rlchton, was injured fatally when the car in which he was riding left a country road about 2 a.m. Sunday and struck a tree. The accident occurred on Rt 4, about seven miles south of Richton.

$800,000 damage suit comes to trial Jury selection began this morning in Forrest County circuit court for a panel to hear an $800,000 damage suit filed by Floyd Busha against Deviney Construction Co. of Jackson and Earl Guy of Perry County. Busha claims a truck he was driving in 1977, was struck by one driven by Guy and knocked over an embankment into a creek. Busha claims he, his wife and two children were seriously injured in the accident The suit contends a large truck owned by Deviney Construction was parked on the side of the road and blocked Guy's view of oncoming traffic when he pulled out onto the Brooklyn-Janice Road. Judge Jack Weldy will preside.

Services Tuesday for Roy Newsome Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home chapel for Roy Newsome, 72, of 228 Crabapple Lane, Petal, who died early today at Methodist Hospital. The Rev. EmmettBoone and the Rev. Mickey Graham will officiate.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Newsome was a Baptist and a veteran of World War II. Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Ludie Mae; Graham of Hattiesburg, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today. JOHNNY SARTIN DIES Johnny Sartin, 66, of 207 Willis died today at his home. Century Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. HAROLD MOYE DIES Harold Moye, 49, of 1004 Ida died Sunday at Forrest General Hospital.

Brewer said as the man fired, he dropped to the ground and rolled and that when the officer returned fire, the man was struck in the back near the shoulder. Sumrall man seriously hurt in auto accident Victor Herrington of Sumrall is listed in satisfactory condition today in the intensive care unit of Forrest General Hospital where he is being treated for multiple injuries suffered Saturday night in a one-car accident on U.S. 49.

The Highway Highway Patrol said Herrington apparently lost control of his car, which left the road and struck a pine tree near the Southeast Miss. Livestock Farmers Assn. stockyard. They said only the radio has been recovered. Formal charges have not been filed against the boy. Police are investigating a burglary at Fountainbleau where a $300 Cannon camera and a Pioneer'brand cassette tape recorder, worth $280 were reported missing from Bill Soukoup's apartment. Officers said the burglary was reported about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
